Diapearl Consultancy provides visa facilitation, work permit assistance, travel consultation, and related documentation support for various countries. We do not guarantee visa issuance or approvals, as final decisions rest with respective embassies or immigration authorities.

3. User Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information

• Ensuring all submitted documents are genuine

• Complying with immigration laws and regulations

• Paying applicable fees in a timely manner

4. Fees and Payments

All service charges are clearly communicated in advance. Fees paid are non-refundable once the application process has commenced, regardless of the outcome.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered if:

• Diapearl Consultancy fails to initiate the agreed services

• A written request is submitted within 48 hours of payment and before document submission

Visa application fees paid to embassies or third parties are non-refundable under any circumstances.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All personal and sensitive information provided will be kept confidential and used only for service-related purposes in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Diapearl Consultancy is not liable for:

• Delays or rejections caused by embassy or consulate decisions

• Errors in documentation submitted by the client

• Travel losses or job offer changes from third-party employers

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any external sites.

9. Changes to Terms

Diapearl Consultancy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ajman, UAE.
