Returns & Refunds

At Dianature Farms, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products to our customers. If you wish to return a product, please review the following conditions carefully.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original saleable condition.
  • A copy of the original invoice must accompany the returned product.
  • Dianature Farms reserves the right to reject any return request if the packaging has been opened, tampered with, or if the product appears to have been used.

Important Note

Our food products are made using carefully selected natural ingredients and do not contain unnecessary preservatives. As a result, the shelf life of our products may be shorter than that of conventional packaged food products.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Provide your Order Number, Date of Delivery, and Reason for Return.
  • Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization Number.

All returned products must include:

  • Original invoice copy
  • Return Authorization Number
  • Unopened and saleable product packaging

  • Used products
  • Products returned without authorization
  • Products not in saleable condition

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Original shipping costs and return postage charges are non-refundable.

Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days from the date we receive the returned package for your return or exchange request to be processed.

Cancellation Policy
